Fazed Escape Room FAQ
What is an Escape Room?
An escape room is a fun, friendly, family, and team building activity. You and your friends/colleagues are locked (but not really) in a room and have to solve various puzzles in order to escape before the 60 minute timer runs out!
Are you really 'locked' in a room?
No! The entrance to the room is open at all times while you're inside if you or someone on your team needs to leave for any reason at all. There is no penalization or time taken off if anyone leaves the room.
Is it really Scary?
Our Morgue can be scary! Only in our Stage 3 or 4 in "The Morgue" would it be scary. The other stages and rooms are not scary at all.
What should I wear?
You can wear what ever is comfortable to you. If you are wearing flip-flops or sandals we would recommend shoes instead just in case one of your friends steps on your foot.
What happens if I have been drinking?
We have the right to deny access to the escape room for your safety. This may also result in a cancellation fee.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
The cancellation fee is applied to the credit card that was used to book the escape room. The cancellation fee will be applied if the booking is cancelled within 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking; or a no show on the day of the scheduled booking.
A cancellation must be communicated to us via phone call, voicemail, or email 24 hours prior to your scheduled booking. If no message regarding the cancellation is received 24 hours prior to your booking, the cancellation fee (the deposit) is also non-refundable.
If a reservation requires cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances out of our control (ie: sickness), you can reschedule the event at a later date where your deposit will carry over to.
Can I add more people to my group on arrival?
Of course you can! As long as you do not exceed our maximum room limit.
I can't choose what stage I want. Can we change it when we arrive?
Of course you can! You have to choice of 3 stages in the Morgue. If you cannot decide or want to change your decision we can do that for you all the way up until you are about to play your game.
What happens if a friend backs out last minute?
If you have a friend that backs out last minute or have less players than the original booking you DO NOT have to pay for that missing person. We only charge for those who play the room.
